Questions about massage at home

How far in advance do I need to book?

Same-day bookings are our normal day: message us and we tell you within 10 minutes who is free and at what time. For an evening slot, a couples massage or a group, book by early afternoon, because those hours go first. If you want a particular therapist, book the day before and we hold her for you.

Can I book for today or tonight?

Yes, whenever a therapist is free; we confirm the exact arrival time before you commit, so you never wait wondering. Our last start is 22:00 every day; a start after 21:00 costs Rp 75k more and depends on who is still out, so message early for a late slot.

Do you bring the massage table, oils and towels?

Yes, and you do not have to ask. The massage table, the face cradle, the fresh linens and the oils travel with your therapist; all you find is a quiet spot, a bedroom, a terrace or the pavilion by the pool, and the rest is hers. Prefer your own bed? Just say so when you book.

What should I prepare in my villa?

Very little. Tell your villa security or host that InVilla Spa is expected; we send your therapist's name and photo so you can pass them on. Choose a level, shaded spot of about 2 by 3 metres, set the air-con or fan the way you like it, and have a shower if you can. We bring everything else.

Do you also come to holiday homes and long-stay rentals?

Yes. Villas, holiday homes and long-stay rentals in our six areas are exactly where we work. If you are staying a while, book the same therapist by name; we keep your pressure and focus notes so each massage starts where the last one ended.

How do I pay?

After the massage, by card link, in cash in rupiah, or by Indonesian bank transfer. There is no deposit for one or two guests. For groups of four or more, and for bookings more than seven days ahead, we ask a deposit and say so before you confirm. Tips are never expected.
