We keep your notes so each session picks up where the last one ended; a standing slot is not something we offer yet.

What a lymphatic drainage massage involves

Very light pressure, slow rhythm, strokes that follow the direction the lymph flows: from the feet and hands towards the trunk, with gentle circles at the neck, armpits and groin. Little or no oil. It is quiet, almost hypnotic, and most guests fall asleep. Who should skip it: anyone with an infection or fever, a heart or kidney condition, or an active cancer without clearance from their doctor. If in doubt, ask us and we ask you the right questions before we confirm.

A lymphatic drainage massage at your villa

Your therapist sets up the table with fresh linens in a level, shaded spot; you undress to your underwear and lie under a sarong. The session takes 60 or 90 minutes and is almost silent. Drink water afterwards and keep the evening slow. If you come back every week, we keep the same therapist and the same time where we can.
